In rss news, rojo added forums and a public feed outgoing feed for its users. You can subscribe to what I read on rss. Now to make their OPML files public and linkable.

Google launched their rss reader. Witholding opinion until I use it for a day or two. It does seem a bit slow with a few navigation options.

Finally, blinkbits looks curious and horribly disorganized. A heavily hacked copy of phpBB, they are providing 1 million scraped feeds from wikipedia. The real need is an RSS feed for wikipedia watchlists, but this may be the closest thing yet.
